ANA Wings DH8D near Osaka, loss of cabin pressure

An ANA Wings de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration JA465A performing flight NH-426 from Fukuoka to Osaka Itami (Japan) with 78 people on board, was climbing through FL245 out of Fukuoka when the crew initiated an emergency descent to 10,000 feet due to the loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft continued to Itami Airport for a safe landing on runway 32R about 40 minutes later.
