A China Eastern Boeing 777-300, registration B-2022 performing flight MU-207 from Shanghai Pudong (China) to Toronto,ON (Canada), was enroute at FL310 across the Pacific but did not step climb. The crew decided to divert to Anchorage,AK (USA) due to too high an engine oil consumption, but did not declare emergency . . .
