Blue Air, Loss of Cabin Pressure

A Blue Air Boeing 737-400, registration YR-BAS performing flight 0B-2911 from Bacau (Romania) to Milan Bergamo (Italy), had just levelled off at cruise level 320 when the crew initiated an emergency descent to FL110 due to the loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft diverted to Bucharest's Otopeni Airport for a safe landing about 50 minutes after leaving FL320. A replacement Boeing 737-300 registration YR-BAF reached Milan Bergamo with a delay of 6.5 hours. The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground for about 6 hours, then positioned back to Bacau and resumed service.
