Rusline, Cracked Windscreen

A Rusline Canadair CRJ-100, registration VQ-BNE performing flight 7R-494 from Tambov to Sochi (Russia) with 17 passengers, was enroute at FL330 about 160nm southsoutheast of Voronezh (Russia) when the crew decided to divert to Voronezh due to a cracked windshield. The aircraft landed safely in Voronezh about 45 minutes later. The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Voronezh about 82 hours after landing.
