British Airways, Smoke Indication

A British Airways Airbus A320-200, registration G-MEDK performing flight BA-2732 from London Gatwick,EN (UK) to Lanzarote,CI (Spain), was enroute at FL350 about 40nm southeast of Lisbon (Portugal) when the crew received a smoke detector indication and decided to divert to Lisbon. The aircraft landed safely on Lisbon's runway 03 about 35 minutes later.
