Transavia, Cabin Failed to Pressurize

A Transavia Boeing 737-800, registration PH-GGY performing flight HV-6143 from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Alicante,SP (Spain), was climbing through FL130 out of Amsterdam when the crew reported the cabin did not pressurize, none of the controls appeared to work as it should. The crew stopped the climb at about FL135 and returned to Amsterdam for a safe landing on runway 18R about 40 minutes after departure. A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration PH-HSR departed about 90 minutes after the landing and reached Alicante with a delay of 2 hours.
