Bravo Airways, Engine Failure

A Bravo Airways McDonnell Douglas MD-83, registration UR-COC performing flight BAY-4423 from Kiev Zhulyani (Ukraine) to Dalaman (Turkey), was climbing through 1700 feet MSL out of Kiev's runway when the right hand engine (JT8D) surged, airport personnel on the ground observed . . .
