A Thomas Cook Airbus A330-200, registration G-MDBD performing flight MT-2718 from Manchester,EN (UK) to Las Vegas,NV (USA) with 283 people on board, was climbing through FL350 when the crew stopped the climb suspecting a fuel leak and decided to return to Manchester. The aircraft landed safely on Manchester's runway 23R about 85 minutes after departure. A replacement Airbus A330-200 registration G-OMYT is estimated to reached Las Vegas with a delay of 4 hours. The airline reported the aircraft returned due to technical issues.
