Lufthansa, Cracked Windscreen

A Lufthansa Airbus A321-200, registration D-AISO performing flight LH-1452 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Moscow Domodedovo (Russia), was descending towards Moscow when the crew reported a cracked windshield after the windshield had overheated. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Domodedovo's runway 14R about 30 minutes later. The airline confirmed the incident, the windshield is being replaced in Moscow.
